| Introduction:
|
We require a full-time, qualified chef with minimum 3 years experience to be part of our new and exciting project on a busy street in Surry Hills.
The cafe will be open for breakfast and lunch only and the appropriate person will be required to work 5-6 days/week. The right candidate will both manage and operate the kitchen with the assistance of a cook/kitchenhand.
The role requires the individual to have a high level of creativity on a daily basis (daily specials) as well as throughout the year (seasonal menu changes).
Most importantly, we want someone with a friendly and relaxed disposition and a high level of enthusiasm for the cafe and for there work.
