Detailed Description:
1. Assists in developing, planning, and ensuring the implementation of service standards in the Restaurant.
2. Continuously suggests new concepts and improves existing processes that will benefit employees’ role, revenues, costs and guest satisfaction.
3. Conducts effective communication meetings with all restaurant team as well as other F&B Team.
4. Resolves conflicts or issues in the restaurant.
5. Responds promptly to guest concerns.
6. Recognizes employees’ feedback on operations and any factors affecting their roles.
7. Prepares periodic budgets, forecasts and capital expenditures for the restaurant.
8. Actively participates in the HR related matters of the department, recruitment, appearance, appraisal, training and development, succession plans and disciplinary procedures.
9. Posses full knowledge of emergency procedures
10. Participates, suggests and encourages activities that are environmentally friendly.
11. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues.
12. Develops strong, productive, professional relationships with internal and external guests.
13. Suggests and actively assists in developing an annual entertainment, promotional and festive season’s plans.
14. Drives the implementation of HACCP standards in the restaurant and take corrective actions for non conformities.
