| Introduction:
|
An experienced and qualified CHEF is required for work full time at Circular Quay’s most exclusive café restaurant.
To be successful in this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:
• A person who is adaptable, flexible and committed to the role of Chef
• Ability to deliver in terms of both quality and quantity – you must be able to work under pressure and a fast worker
• Realistic, honest and reliable with proven interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of European cuisine and Australian Breakfast
• Have previous experience in a senior role within a busy kitchen
• Be a hardworking, dynamic, organized individual, willing to take on a leadership role
• Have exceptional pride in the delivery and quality of exceptional customer service
• Be experienced in managing food cost and other kitchen responsibilities
• Have the experience and the creativity to plan a seasonal menu
• Maintain a safe & hygienic kitchen
In Return:
• Work 5 days per week (Monday - Friday) / Full time
• Breakfast and Lunch only
• Outstanding Venue
• Close to transport
• Remuneration commensurate with experience will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
